Personalized Items
Personalized and customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
This includes bobo balloons with custom names, messages, or color themes
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
A refund or replacement will be considered only if:
The item is damaged on delivery
The order received is incorrect due to our error
To qualify:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Delivery delays beyond our control
Normal balloon deflation over time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
